Mole Preparation Instructions

Instructions for 1 LB of Mole Paste

  • Place 1 LB of Mole paste on a warm pan

  • Add 2 cups/16oz/500ml of chicken stock, water or vegetable stock to dissolve

  • Stir in slow flame for 10 to 15 minutes or until desired consistency is reached

  • Ready to add over meat (chicken or turkey meat is recommended)

  • Can also be used as a sauce to add flavor to any dish
